Reverend Laurie Lee Graber

Reverend Laurie Graber, Itinerant Pastor, is the Co-founder and President of Acres of Hope Ministry, Inc., an IRS-approved 501(c)3 Wisconsin, non-profit, tax-exempt, charitable community service organization.

Laurie was ordained by Supporting Women in Ministry, International (S.W.I.M.), in Malibu, California, in 2014 and currently serves as the Vice President of S.W.I.M. International.

Acres of Hope Ministry, Inc. was formed in 2009 and incorporated in 2014. In 2016, the IRS approved it as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt non-profit charitable organization, and in 2016, it received its Wisconsin fundraising license.

Acres of Hope Ministry is a thriving and growing community outreach ministry.

At Acres of Hope Ministry, we are dedicated to supporting all families, churches and faith-based groups in our area. Our mission is to provide a safe and peaceful venue for faith-based events and activities.

The mission of Acres of Hope Ministry at The Gathering Place and Sparrows Nest at the Abbey is to provide individuals, faith based groups, companies and corporations with a place to gather in a welcoming and safe environment for relaxation, reflection, enjoyment, learning and self-improvement and to provide needed community services to residents of Monroe County and beyond.

Scriptural Basis

The Scriptures of the Old and New Testament are the inspired Word of God, without error in the original writings. They are complete and are the final revelation of God’s will for the salvation of mankind. They are the final authority for all Christian faith and practice. There is one God who created all things, and who is infinitely perfect, and eternally existing in three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. He rose from the dead, ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father.
